If you do not live in California, please sign up for our email alerts and contact Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho at 800-538-1467 or by email at [email protected]. We will inform you if the legal team files a class action lawsuit in your state. We recommend that you call your state Attorney General and Consumer Affairs office to see if there is any statewide info available.
GCM is exploring the possibility of helping consumers test for total formaldehyde in their homes. This is not a test of your flooring alone. It is not a CARB test and it is only a screening tool.
GCM recommends that anyone who is concerned that products in their home may contain formaldehyde attempt to ventilate their homes well and avoid spending time in rooms with laminate flooring, as this should reduce chemical exposure levels.
