An inspection of your property was made 6/10/08. Attached is a List of Violations which must be corrected within the required time frame in accordance with the codes and regulations of the City of Oakland. Failure to comply with order by the compliance date(s) for the hazards(*), Non Hazards, may result in reinspection fee charges, all required enforcement costs, permits and related fees. Substandard action may also be taken to vacate the premises should conditions warrant.

Compliance Due Date 8/8/08.

Description of Violation

# 1 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: The steel framing of the building has been fire damaged. Repair. Permit required.

#2 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: The wood roof framing members are fire damaged/deteriorating/sagging/missing. Repair. Permit required.

#3 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: The roof covering and exterior wall covering is damaged/deteriorating/missing. Repair. Permit required.

#4 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: The interior of the building has been altered, without required permits, inspections or approvals. A metal roof structure has been constructed within the building under the original roof framing. Remove/restore/repair. Permit required.

#5 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: The wood flooring and supporting members of the second floor are damaged/deteriorating/missing. Repair. Permit required.

#6 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: Partition walls have been constructed on the second floor, without required permits. inspections or approvals. Remove restore/repair. Permit required.

#7 Hazardous condition requiring immediate correction: The electrical wiring and equipment, cabinets, panels, conduits etc, is various locations in the building has been altered without the required permits, inspections or approvals. Remove/restore/repair. Permit required.

#8 Extensions cords are being used at various locations in the building as permanent electrical wiring. Install adequate electrical receptacles to eliminate the use of extension cords. Permit required.
